Visitor Parking Pass:
All units are issued two regular passes for the visitors. Special passes are available on demand for extended parkings. New owners or tenants are advised to check with the current/ previous ownership for the same.
If you have not collected your regular passes yet, please contact the Strata Council.
Regular Landscaping - 2016
Landscapers are serving our complex every Monday. Residents are requested to have their furnitures, toys, personal garbages etc. removed from the backyards
Annual General Meeting (AGM) - 2016:
The 2016 Annual General Meeting was held on Sep 8, 2016. The minutes were distributed to all owners and if you have not received it, please contact strata council.

Wate Disposal - 2016:
The weekly waste disposal is on Tuesdays served by AJM. Residents are requested to keep 3 containers for organics, recycles and garbage seperately near the curbside and store it back inside your units the sameday once the wastes are taken out. The wastes are collected at different timings and is advised to keep everything by 7 PM on Tuesday. Please note that garbages are collected bi-weekly and the others two on a weekly basis.
