ENCLAVE AT BOUNDARY PARK

OVERVIEW

 

Enclave at Boundary Park is a community of forty-two townhomes located in Surrey’s Boundary Park area at 12775 63 Avenue. The townhomes were built in 2012-13.

 

The units are over 1400 square feet and the larger units are near 2300 square feet and built in three levels. Each unit has 2 carport area to park their vehicles. The townhomes has easy access to recreation, retail complexes, schools and transit.

 

The strata functions are performed through the strata council elected from strata unit owners on an annual basis at the AGM. The council and the strata activities are supported by the management agency - Harbourside Property Management Ltd.
